    Four Alfred Meakin bread (or canape or appetizer) plates from the "Audubon Birds of America" series - Ivory plates have wide flower & leaf embossed rims and each plate center is decorated with a different numbered plate from the Audubon Elephant Folio:
    Plate #18 Tyryomanes Bewicki (Bewick's Wren)
    Plate #43 Bombycilla Bird)
    Plate #79 Tyranus Tyranus (Kingbird)
    Plate #367 Columba Fasciato (Band Tailed Pigeon)
    All four plates are in mint condition with no chips, cracks, stains, scratches or crazing. The back of each identifies the central decoration and that information is over stamped with a green Alfred Meakin mark.
